Dry Rub Chimichurri Sirloin Skewers

A simple herb seasoning blend adds incredible flavor to steak. Make this quick and easy Dry Rub Chimichurri Sirloin Skewers recipe for a delicious appetizer or entrée. Serves 6


1 pound Certified Angus Beef ® top sirloin steak, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
1 tablespoon dried cilantro
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon dried parsley
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons coarse black pepper
2 teaspoons granulated garlic
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried thyme
8 (4-6) metal skewers (or bamboo skewers, soaked in water)

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cilantro, oregano, parsley, salt, pepper, garlic, paprika and thyme.
  2. Skewer 2-3 sirloin steak cubes on each skewer and season with 2-tablespoons dry rub, reserving excess for future use.
  3. Grill skewers 1- 2 minutes per side over medium-high heat, grilling all four sides.
